Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your CabinFix order. If there is a problem with your item, contact us at cm3342a@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.

Returns: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Damaged or defective items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, email us with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the problem and help with a replacement, refund, or other solution where appropriate.

Non-returnable situations: We may not accept returns for items damaged by misuse, normal wear and tear, incorrect installation, or customer-caused damage.

Refunds: Once a return or issue is reviewed and approved, refunds are usually processed back to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Return shipping: Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Order changes and cancellations: Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has been processed.
